Life can be isolating and overwhelming at points and sometimes we need a space to just be, without any pressure. I work with clients to realise they have the power to bring their own healing and change their own story.
The power of the human mind for change and growth is incredible. Through Hypnotherapy and NLP we can not only support deep relaxation but work together to shift old thought patterns, and move towards the life you want. Your body is regenerating all the time and change is possible if we let go of the old beliefs. Hypnosis for fatigue, chronic illness or just optimum vitality is where it's at!
Sessions are completely holistic, and depending on your desired goals I will use a combination of induced trance and hypnosis, EFT, NLP coaching techniques and mindfulness approaches.
The therapeutic relationship is a special thing and can help us at different stages in our life. From experience I have learnt that we are drawn to work with people who have an approach that we connect with, someone who we can trust and feel inspired by. Over the years I have worked with a wide range of therapists, from psychoanalysts and counsellors to sound healers and acupressure practitioners. I have found holistic therapies to be a great tool in taking care of my health, mind and body. So often we wait until we are in crisis to seek such support, when it is best to use these tools to prevent illness and live a more balanced life. We know our car needs regular maintenance to perform at it's best, yet we neglect our own body and mind. We all need different therapies at different points in life, which is why it is great to keep an open mind.
The most important message is that all any therapy is doing is unlocking the resources that lie within you waiting to be tapped into. It took me some time to realise and embrace this responsibility for my own health. Our mind and body holds such wisdom and sometimes we need to support to access it. Often a therapeutic space helps us get out of our own way and reach a healing state of homeostasis as we shut out the modern world. From this place we can begin to clear and move into new energy, discovering that there truly IS MORE TO THIS LIFE.
